When I first set foot in a gym at 17, I was nervous and I had no idea what to do. My first few sessions were with a great PT who helped me learn exercises, equiptment and how to structure my sessions. Without that PT's help, I likely would've been wandering around that gym making 0 progress, just sticking to cardio equiptment because I was too scared to use anything else! I fell in love with weight training as a way to sculpt my body and gain those curves I so desperately wanted as a underweight teenager who had severe confident issues about being "too skinny". I never loved sport growing up but the gym allowed me to learn more about health and fitness and discipline too.
13 years later and I now also help beginner and intermediate gym-goers with learning exercises, accountability, support and guidance.
I help women gain confidence, learn more about themselves and their bodys, implement healthy habits and keep themselves accountable to change so that we can all become the best version of our selves and feel proud of our hard work.
